For one of our customers this was recently due to the defective seesaw. This is a spare part which is unfortunately no longer manufactured. The HORIZON MAC-8 is a bit older model – but still generally reliable.

We simply recreated the missing spare part and the tower is running again.

You can find available spare parts from Horizon in the Horizon GmbH webshop. Some parts have to come from Japan, which of course takes a little longer.

Replacing folding rollers is definitely a very costly thing, but it is also absolutely necessary.

It cannot be said in general terms and depends on a number of factors when replacement is necessary. E.g. the type of paper or the type of gumming on the rollers.

Before a folding machine is sold at LA-POSTPRESS, we therefore check the status of the folding rollers carefully and only give them to the customer if the condition is perfect.
