If the adjustment is made on the screen, nothing changes on the machine. 

Also, the fold was slightly crooked.

When the customer tries to adjust it directly at the buckle plate, he notices that the buckle plate was loose.

Solution: Tighten the grub screws located at the connection between motor and shaft.

But the sword can be released by hand. 

Solution: The sensor on the side of the conveyor belt was dirty. After cleaning, the paper was detected again. 

Otherwise the sensor “thinks” that the paper just runs in and therefore does not release.
