For one of our customers this was recently due to the defective seesaw. This is a spare part which is unfortunately no longer manufactured. The HORIZON MAC-8 is a bit older model – but still generally reliable.

We simply recreated the missing spare part and the tower is running again.

You can find available spare parts from Horizon in the Horizon GmbH webshop. Some parts have to come from Japan, which of course takes a little longer.

Nothing can be seen on the screen of the HORIZON VAC-100 tower. The screen is very dark.

The solution could be:

The mirror above the neon tube has slipped and thus covers the lighting. Then the mirror must be realigned and, if necessary, re-fixed.

If neon tube is broken, you can order a new one in the HORIZON Onlineshop.

My HORIZON MC-80 tower no longer starts or stops. What could that be?

That could be due to sensors.

The machine can no longer recognize the start / stop position. This position is based on the shaft that moves the suction rods.

The corresponding sensors are called B11 and B12 and in this case would have to be ordered from Horizon and exchanged.

Can the HORIZON VAC-100 tower also deliver to the right?

The VAC-100c tower can do that.

VAC-100a or VAC-100m cannot do that.

In addition, a special jogger is needed for right-side delivery – this is the HORIZON PJ-77R.
